1. Submit a deletion request
Use the Contact page and select the privacy or account-deletion route. Submit the request from the email associated with your account when possible. Do not include passwords, authentication codes, or unnecessary birth and life-event details.
2. Identity verification
Reasonable verification may be required to protect accounts from unauthorized deletion. Verification may include confirming control of the signed-in account or associated email address. Kaaladarshi will not ask for your Google password.
3. Information generally eligible for deletion
- Account profile maintained by Kaaladarshi.
- Saved Life Maps and related profiles.
- Saved journey events, intentions, and preferences.
- Saved readings and conversation continuity associated with the account.
- Other account-linked content not subject to a permitted retention exception.
4. Information that may be retained temporarily or lawfully
Limited records may remain where reasonably needed for legal compliance, security investigations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial records if paid services are introduced, enforcement of terms, or backup rotation. Retained information will not be used for unrelated product personalization.
5. Processing timeline
Deletion requests are generally acknowledged and processed within a reasonable period, subject to identity verification, applicable law, and technical backup cycles. The production policy should state any jurisdiction-specific deadline required by law.
6. Google account relationship
Deleting a Kaaladarshi account does not delete your Google account. You may separately review or revoke Kaaladarshi access through your Google account settings. Revoking Google access does not necessarily delete information already saved in Kaaladarshi; submit a deletion request for that purpose.
