Why Kaaladarshi exists
People often come to Jyotish during transitions: a career decision, a family change, a relationship question, a period of uncertainty, or a desire to understand the shape of time. Traditional material can be profound but difficult to navigate, while simplified horoscope experiences can feel impersonal or overly certain.
Kaaladarshi is designed to create a calmer middle path: a personal Life Map that helps a user explore timing, patterns, and lived experience in accessible language.
What makes the experience different
Questions are interpreted through the user's calculated Life Map and selected period context.
Language is framed around possibilities, patterns, and practical reflection—not guaranteed events.
Users may add events and priorities to make the experience more relevant, but control what they share.
Shared Journeys compare two independent rhythms rather than declaring a person compatible or incompatible.
Guiding principles
- Care: difficult patterns should be explained calmly and without alarm.
- Clarity: technical Jyotish concepts should be translated into understandable language.
- Privacy: personal histories should not become advertising inventory.
- Humility: interpretations have limits and should not replace judgment or professional expertise.
- Agency: a Life Map is meant to support reflection, not remove personal choice.
Privacy as part of the product
Birth details, private events, intentions, linked people, and questions can reveal a great deal about a person. Kaaladarshi therefore treats privacy and data control as product requirements rather than secondary legal language.

What Kaaladarshi is not
Kaaladarshi is not a religious authority, scientific proof of future events, emergency service, or substitute for medical, legal, financial, mental-health, relationship, or safety professionals. It does not determine a person's value, morality, intelligence, health, or inevitable future.
